Nanny for an Active 7-Year-Old Boy
A family based between London, France and Dubai is looking for a nanny for their active, energetic and highly curious 7-year-old boy who is constantly on the move and needs guidance to stay focused. Schedule is rotational, 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off. Duties include organising engaging, development-focused activities and educational games, managing transitions and attention, supporting the school curriculum, encouraging a genuine interest in learning, and establishing and maintaining a structured daily routine, as well as liaising with teachers and other staff and adapting the routine as needed. The ideal candidate has proven experience with children of a similar age, works independently with a high level of initiative, proactively organises the child's time and activities, and combines an energetic, hands-on approach with a confident, structured personality able to guide the child calmly and firmly while maintaining discipline consistently. Fluent/native English and Russian are mandatory, valid documents allowing work and residence in the UK and Europe are required, and an educational or pedagogical background is a strong advantage.
